Quests

Quests are curated reading challenges that earn you badges. Created by Top Contributors and partners around a subgenre, niche, or universe, every Quest has its own forum. They are

  • a fun way to achieve a goal, become better read in a particular niche, and discover new books;

  • an opportunity to earn badges that reflect your reading taste and display them on your profile;

  • a great place to find community—see everyone who joined the Quest, and start genre-specific conversations.

There are 2 types of Quests: Main Quests and Side Quests

  1. Main Quests have 30+ books and 3 tiers of badges: bronze, silver, gold. These are updated with new releases over time.

  2. Side Quests have 10-15 books with 1 badge that participants earn at 5 books read and another at 100% read.

You can have a readalong anytime with the book you're reading by going to that book's forum on Pagebound.

We also host community-wide Seasonal Readalongs and Special Events. We highlight 5 books every season where readers can earn a badge for finishing and posting/commenting in the forum during the readalong.
