These additional terms of use (“Additional Terms”) apply specifically to users who create Quests on Pagebound. These Additional Terms are in addition to and subject to our main Terms of Use, accessible here.

By creating a Quest, you agree to comply with these Additional Terms.

1. Quest Content Standards and Rejection of Non-Compliant Quests

   Pagebound reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, remove, or modify any Quests that do not meet our standards, requirements, or guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, content that may be deemed inappropriate, inaccurate, duplicative, outdated, or otherwise misaligned with the intended purpose of the Quest feature.

   
   

2. Main Quest Maintenance

   Main Quest creators are responsible for keeping their Quest(s) up-to-date with relevant new releases and information beneficial to users.

   
   

3. Response Requirement to Pagebound

   If Pagebound requests an update to your Quest via email, you are required to respond within three (3) days. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in further action.

   
   

4. Transfer of Ownership for Quests

   Pagebound reserves the right to transfer ownership of your Quest(s) at its sole discretion based on certain actions or inactions, including but not limited to failure to maintain a Main Quest and failure to respond to outreach from Pagebound within the specified timeframe.

   
   

5. Termination and Conduct Standards

   If Pagebound determines that a Quest creator has engaged in behavior that is unprofessional, offensive, discriminatory, or otherwise inconsistent with Pagebound's values—including but not limited to conduct that is racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or otherwise discriminatory or hateful—Pagebound reserves the right to remove or transfer ownership of the Quest(s) upon written notice to the creator.

   The Quest creator agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Pagebound, its affiliates, and associated personnel from any claims, losses, or damages, including reputational harm, arising from the Quest creator's conduct.

By continuing to create and manage Quests on Pagebound, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Additional Terms.
